Dr. Dave Hogarty grew up in Virginia, and attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he met his future wife Dr. Suneya Hogarty. He completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan in 2003. After spending his 1st 2 years of practice in New Hampshire, Dr. Dave, along with Dr. Suneya and their two sons located to Goldsboro, North Carolina in 2005. During their 1st 14 years in Goldsboro, their family has grown to include a daughter. In 2019 Dr. Dave and Suneya started Integrative Arthritis and Pain ( IAPC), with the goal of providing holistic medical care to their patients in Wayne County, and surrounding areas.
Dr. David C. Hogarty passed away December 31, 2021 after a lengthy illness. We will continue to honor him and his legacy every day.
Dr. Suneya Hogarty is a Goldsboro native. After obtaining her undergraduate degree from Davidson College, she attended Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an Internal Medicine residency through Michigan State University, and then did a fellowship in Rheumatology at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover New Hampshire.
She returned to Goldsboro in 2005 to be closer to family. She has been serving Wayne County residents since that time, and recently, with her husband Dr. Dave Hogarty, opened and independent medical clinic, Integrative Arthritis and Pain Consultant, PA. Dr. Suneya please in treating the whole person, since all disease affecting the mind, body, and spirit. She has integrated both Eastern Western philosopies into her daily practice.
She is the mother of 3 children, and a girl scout leader.
Taylor Corum is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in Rheumatology here at IAPC. Originally from Arizona, he was brought to North Carolina during his service in the Army, eventually choosing to settle here in Goldsboro with his wife and children. He graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Campbell University in 2022 earning induction into the Pi Alpha Honor Society. Prior to that he earned his undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Mount Olive where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
He is committed to staying up to date with the latest advancements in Rheumatology and he enjoys working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, and osteoporosis.
